ATM ve Online Bankacılık Kanallarındaki ilgili arayüzlerdeki ödeme açıklaması alanına satın alma referans kodunu girmeyi unutmayın. Satın alma referans kodu, ödeme sayfasındaki belirli işlem için benzersiz bir şekilde oluşturulan alfanümerik bir dizedir.

Ödeme işleminiz bankalarla olan entegrasyonları aracılığıyla Payguru Platformuna iletilir. Payguru açıklama alanındaki referans kodunu algılar ve sistemindeki kayıtlarla eşleştirir ve ödeme bilgilerini satıcıya iletir. O andan itibaren ödeme işleminizin durumu “Onaylandı” yani “Onaylandı” olur.

What is Payguru payment reference number?
Payguru payment reference number is an alphanumerical code uniquely generated for that particular transaction. It is presented to the customer on the Payguru Common Payment Page that is launched upon the customer’s “click” on the bank transfer and cash payment option on merchant’s web site.

What are the conditions for cancellation and refunds ?

You should get in touch with the merchant/web site that you made the puchase. Payguru will process your request based on the information received from the merchant.
How can I ask a refund?
You need to contact the merchant and/or web site you made the purchase and transaction, first. It is the merchant who should evaluate and approve your request. Upon the merchant’s confirmation of your request, Payguru will process the refund within 3 business day.
Payguru can’t take action on cancelling your purchase as a payment provider. Please contact the merchant and/or web site you made the purchase and transaction. Upon the cancellation of your purchase order by the merchant, Payguru process the refund within one business day to the same bank account you used for the payment.
Which banks is Payguru working with?

Currently, we are integrated with 7 banks in Turkey and accepting payments through our bank accounts in Akbank, Garanti Bank ,İNG Bank, İş Bankası, TEB, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası and Ziraat Bankası.

As a result of our continuous development efforts on our product and services, our “bank” coverage improves continuously. We will be ready to accept new payments through other banks, soon.
